The short version

We collect the minimum we need to talk with you and follow up. We don’t sell your data. You can ask us to delete it at any time at hello@thunderhouse.io.

The site assistant (AI)

The chat widget on this site is an AI assistant, not a human. When you use it:

• Your messages are sent to our AI provider (Google’s Gemini API) to generate replies. We don’t use your chats to train models.
• We may store the conversation transcript together with any contact details you share, so the team can follow up.
• We may extract a short summary of your needs (for example: name, email, company, and the problem you described) to route you to the right person.
• Please don’t share sensitive personal information in the chat.

What we collect

• Contact details you provide (name, email, company).
• What you tell us about your business and its operations.
• Chat transcripts and lead summaries, as described above.
• Basic technical data needed to run and secure the site.

How we use it

To respond to you, understand whether we can help, and follow up about working together. That’s it.

Keeping it and removing it

We keep information only as long as needed to help you, then remove it. To access or delete your data, email hello@thunderhouse.io and we’ll take care of it.
